Dress Sash!

I bought this GORGEOUS sash from KirstenKuehnDesigns on Etsy. FANTASTIC seller, with the most gorgeous items I have ever seen! She has lovely garters around the $40 mark, and sashes starting at $40 and ranging into the $200 depending on the amount of beading/crystals. Also has bouquet wraps, head bands, veils, necklaces, etc. I am so HAPPY with this purchase! She was great... fast shipping, great communication, perfect item! Got mine when it was on sale so it was that much better!

Rock The Dress Session

For those of you who are thinking.... what in the world is a Rock the Dress session, it's like a Trash the Dress session but leaning more towards bridal portraits.

A "RoCk that Dress" session (or trash the dress) is a photo session where the bride gets back into her wedding gear, to go to some different locations and have tons of fun posing for photographs. It’s your chance to get crazy and get those images you dreamed of that you see in magazines… nothing is too crazy! These are the images you couldn’t take on your wedding day for lack of time and not wanting to get dirty. So here is your chance!

Here is my one lonesome teaser, but I LOVE IT!!! I did these last Friday, with only 4 days notice because the person who had originally won the contest (I was the runner up) had to re-schedule. It was a lot of fun, but boy was I tired after!

AKE!!!!!

So I have officially decided to open my business! Ashley King Events will be an event planning business based out of Red Deer, Alberta. I will travel to surrounding areas, and then evenutally when I move back to Florida I can service Miami and area. =) SO EXCITED! Fingers crossed for a great run! Lovely Day Today

I just wanted to start off by wishing you all a happy Tuesday! Hope it's FANTASTIC!

I am so thankful that things have been going well for us since this year started. 2009 was a great year, but quite a struggle for us financially. It was also super sad because we are so far away from our friends and family. This year DH got a great new job, which helps us do so much more now. Today we get our brand new bed (we have never ever had a brand new bed)!!!! It's a king, so I am super excited for him not to hog the bed anymore. It's that bowling ball bed... I wonder if it will make him stop snoring? Any how, my MOH is coming here in less than 2 weeks (and we get to do B-pics, yay!!!), and then I just bought a ticket last night for my mom to come and see us in April!!!! Going to Vegas in May for a weekend, and then the wedding is in October!

I'm so so so so grateful, and I send everyone else good vibes for an amazing 2010!!
